Recovery – Prevent accidental OFW update while in Recovery mode.

Package Manager

It is a substitution for the standard Install Package Files option under Game in the XMB. It permits for the install and deletion of .pkg files from dev_hdd0/packages, dev_usb/packages, and the standard Install Package Files locations. In inclusion to this, your downloaded PSN content ‘bubbles’ will appear under this option instead of cluttering your Game menu with uninstalled content.

Usage:

Navigate to the game in your XMB and click on Package Manager (It will be where Install Package Files usually stored). You will find three options such as PlayStation Network Content, Install Package Files and Delete Package Files.

INSTALL package files from Storage Devices and your PS3.

Imp. Note: The install all packages is only accessible by pressing the triangle key when the standard package location option is underlined because the PS3 will only install all packages from the root of a storage device as of the instant.

Delete Package Files

REBUG TOOLBOX

Rebug Toolbox is the application designed to complete the full function of Rebug REX edition firmware. Excluding from executing the CEX/DEX EID 0 and LV2 Kernel Swapping it is also an FTP server and is packed with a bunch of other useful tools.

How to Install:

1. In the PS3 XMB go to Game menu.
2. Select Package Manager.
3. Install Package Files.
4. Select PS3 System Storage.
5. Select Regug-Toolbox-02.filename.pkg.

SELECTOR

TOGGLE XMB CFW SETTINGS:

Activate or Disable my sis’s XMB CFW settings plugin v0.1. This feature is available via Network Column on XMB after Enabled.

TOGGLE COBRA MODE:

By default COBRA mode is disabled, this option can toggle COBRA mode to enable COBRA 7.54 payload on boot

TOGGLE PS2 EMULATOR:

To disable COBRA features for PS2 Games, toggle this option to restore Original emulators available via FULL version of REBUG TOOLBOX. ISO files cannot be used with this mode, not recommended to touch this option at all.

UTILITIES

• TOGGLE QA – Enable or Disable QA flag. Enable for easy downgrade and other extra features on all 3.55-4.82 CFW.
• TOGGLE RECOVERY MODE – Enable or Disable Recover Mode flag. When enabled, your PS3 will reboot into Recovery Mode.
• TOGGLE PRODUCT MODE- Enable or Disable Product Mode flag. When enabled, your PS3 will reboot into Factory Service Mode. This option is only available for 3.55 CFW for safety reasons.
• LOAD LV2 KERNEL – Load lv2_kernel.self.[KERNEL_NAME] from USB or /dev_hdd0
• BACKUP/RESTORE XREGISTRY – Backup or Restore the PS3 system settings from USB
• RESIZE VFLASH/NAND REGIONS – Resize VFLASH/NAND Region 5 to allow install of Other OS.
• INSTALL PETITBOOT – Install petit boot VFLASH/NAND Region 5 from USB.
• SET GAMEOS BOOT FLAG – Sets the Game OS boot flag. Use this if your PS3 is having trouble booting PS2 titles after running Other OS or is by mistake sending you back to Other OS when trying to enter recovery mode.
• CREATE PACKAGES FOLDER ON PS3 – Create /dev_hdd0/packages folder or your PS3 to be used with Package Manager.
• EXPORT HYPERVISOR LV1 MEMORY – Save LV1 memory to dev_usb000 or dev_usb006 or dev_hdd0 if USB is not found.
• EXPORT GAMEOS LV2 MEMORY – Save LV2 memory to dev_usb000 or dev_usb006 or dev_hdd0 if USB is not found.
• UMP EID ROOT KEY – Dump your EID root key for CEX/DEX or DEX/CEX conversion.
• EXPORT FLASH TO FILE – Backup your current NOR/NAND to file on dev_usb000. Takes about 45secs for NAND.

CFW Settings v0.1 {xai_plugin) is an ultimate add-on for XMB, developed by mysis. This plug-in is disabled by default, however, can be enabled via REBUG TOOLBOX 2.02.15.
