PS4 Jailbreak 7.55 was public on March 2021 and Sleirsgoevy (Developer) added some updates to make this stable (Last Change – imitates network traffic before exploit). You may have questions in your mind and many people ask – Should I jailbreak, Is it stable, should I stay on the lower (5.05) version? Well, I can’t guarantee after 5.05 jailbreak above jailbreak versions are not stable yet. It doesn’t mean that 7.55 is completely unstable.
Sleirsgoevy has done a significant amount of improvements to the 7.55 jailbreak. He’s added some retry on error code in some critical failure points. You need to run files on your local computer/server and point to your PlayStation 4 default browser or you can visit URLs on your PS4 browser. Also, we have new exploit for 9.00. - Use LAN or Wi-Fi
- Select Custom
- IP Address Settings ⇒ Automatic
- DHCP Host Name ⇒ Do not Specify
- DNS Settings ⇒ Manual
- Put Primary and secondary DNS address ⇒ Primary DNS 165.227.83.145
- Secondary DNS address ⇒ 192.241.221.79
- MTU Settings ⇒ Automatic

In this alternative method, you do not need to set up your internet connection manually. You can set up Wi-fi or LAN ⇒ Easy.

FAQs
It depends, as I’ve mentioned above in jailbreak step 1 – Your System firmware version should be 7.55 or lower. If you are on lower version you must update your system firmware before jailbreaking your system.
PS4 8.XX jailbreak information is not public so you can’t jailbreak on 8.XX. But you can execute exploit on 9.00 firmware.
All exploited PS4 system users can find debug setting in PS4 setting. They can install PKG. But you need to check the game base/require version and read all game information before you install.
This error means that the WebKit exploit has failed. Just click OK and try again. Success rate is not 100%, so don’t worry it’s not gonna harm your PS4 system.

How can I update my system firmware?
It’s quite simple, put your 7.55 update file on your FAT32 or exFAT formatted USB PS4 ⇒ UPDATE folder and your file name should be PS4UPDATE.PUP.
- Plug your USB drive on your PS4.
- Disconnect internet from your PS4.
- Go to Setting ⇒ System Software Update.
- Follow the screen introduction.
