We offer two ways to pay, giving you full control:
• Auto-Renew Subscription: This is a convenient recurring plan (e.g., billed monthly). It automatically charges your payment method to ensure your service never gets interrupted. It often has a lower monthly price.
• One-Time Subscription: You make a single, manual payment for a fixed period (e.g., 1, 3, or 6 months). This plan will not charge you again automatically. It expires on its own.
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided, we generally do not offer refunds, and all sales are final. An exception may be considered for a genuine mistake, like an accidental duplicate purchase, if you contact our support team immediately.
If you believe you were charged twice by mistake, please contact us immediately via our Members Support Page with your username and the transaction details. We will investigate and resolve the issue.

This depends on your plan type:
🟡 For Auto-Renew plans: You can click the “Cancel” button on your My Subscription page, or cancel the automatic payment directly in your PayPal account. For a detailed guide, read our How to Cancel Your Membership article.
🟡 For One-Time plans: You don’t need to do anything! The plan does not renew automatically and will simply expire.
No. Cancelling only stops all future payments. You will still have full access to your benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
The “Cancel” button only appears for Auto-Renew subscriptions. If you don’t see one, it means you have a One-Time plan, which doesn’t need to be cancelled.
This also depends on your plan type:
🟡 For Auto-Renew plans: You don’t need to do anything. It renews automatically.
🟡 For One-Time plans: You must renew it manually by clicking the “Renew” button on your My Subscription page.
You will lose access to all premium features (like the PKG Store). Your SuperPSX account itself will still exist, and you can purchase a new plan anytime to regain access.
Simply go to the Subscription Plan Page and purchase the new plan you want. Our system will automatically handle the change. For details on when your new plan will activate, please read our How to Upgrade/Downgrade guide.
This is normal if you upgraded between two plans that both have PKG Store access (e.g., from 3-Day to Crown). To ensure you don’t lose time you paid for, your new plan is on hold and will activate automatically the moment your current one expires.
No, memberships cannot be paused. We recommend letting your current plan expire and then purchasing a new one when you are ready to return.

Access to the PKG Store is a manual process that can take up to 24 hours. Our team will email you the login details. Please be patient and be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder. If it’s been over 24 hours, please contact us.
First, ensure you are using the correct login details that were emailed to you specifically for the PKG Store (they may be different from the main website login). If it still doesn’t work, please contact our support team.
This means you have not yet clicked the verification link that was sent to your email address when you first signed up. Please find that email (check your Spam/Junk folder) and click the link to activate your account.
Don’t worry. Please contact us immediately via our Members Support Page. Provide your username and the correct email address, and we will update it for you.
On the login page, you will find a “Lost your password?” or “Forgot password?” link. Click it and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.
