Before You Start: Important Coupon Rules

To ensure your coupon works correctly, please keep these simple rules in mind:

• Read the Coupon Terms: Every coupon is different. Please read its description carefully. Some coupons may only work on specific plans (e.g., only on “Crown 6/Mo”).
• Plan Type Matters: A coupon for a “One-Time Subscription” might not work for an “Auto-Renew Subscription”, and vice-versa.
• User Type Matters: Some coupons are only for New Users, while others are exclusive rewards for our loyal Existing Members.
• One Coupon at a Time: You can only use one coupon code per purchase.

How to Apply a Coupon: For New Users

If you are purchasing a SuperPSX membership for the very first time, follow these easy steps.

Step 1: Choose Your Plan
Go to our Subscription Plan Page. You will see two sections: “Auto-Renew Subscription” and “One Time Subscription.”

Click on the plan you wish to purchase, then click the blue Next button.

Step 2: Fill Out the Signup Form
On the next page, create your account by entering your details (Username, Email, Name, and Password).

Step 3: Find the Coupon Field & Apply
Below the password field, you will see a box labeled “Coupon Code.” Type or paste your coupon code into this box and click the blue Apply button.

You will see the discount instantly applied to your payment summary. You can then proceed to complete the payment for the new, lower price.

How to Apply a Coupon: For Existing Members

If you already have an account with us, you can easily use a coupon when renewing your current plan or when changing to a different one.

Path A: Renewing Your CURRENT Plan

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to your My Subscription page from your profile menu.
3. In the “Current Membership” table, click the blue Renew button.
4. On the next page, you will see the payment summary and a “Coupon Code” field. Enter your code, click Apply, and complete the discounted payment.

Path B: Buying a DIFFERENT Plan (Upgrading/Downgrading)

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the main Subscription Plan Page.
3. Select the new plan you want to switch to and click Next.
4. The system will skip the signup form (since you’re logged in) and take you to the payment page. Here you will find the “Coupon Code” field. Enter your code, click Apply, and complete your purchase.

Important Note: When you purchase a new plan while your old one is still active, your new plan will be put on hold and will activate automatically the moment your current one expires. You will not lose any time you have already paid for!

Q: My coupon code isn’t working. Why?

A: This is usually due to one of these reasons:

1. Typo: Please double-check that you have entered the code exactly as shown, with no extra spaces.
2. Expired: The coupon may be a limited-time offer that has already ended.
3. Wrong Plan: The coupon may not be valid for the specific plan you are trying to purchase (e.g., an “Auto-Renew” coupon on a “One-Time” plan).
4. Wrong User: The coupon may be for “New Users Only” and you are an existing member, or vice-versa.
